Pre-Marketing on Zillow Now Available

I’m excited to announce an additional benefit now available to Premier Agents, brokerage and MLS partners:  pre-marketing listings to the tens of millions of home shoppers that visit Zillow every month.

Our new listing category, Coming Soon, helps agents get the word out about their upcoming listings before they hit the market. By taking advantage of that valuable time between listing agreement and on-market date, agents can evaluate pricing, line up potential buyers and, ultimately, sell homes faster.

While Coming Soon is a marketing tool for agents, it’s also great for buyers and sellers:

• Buyers can access an exclusive inventory of upcoming properties, helping them to make more informed decisions in their home search based on what will soon be available.
• Sellers thinking about listing their home can work with their agent to test the waters for buyer interest.

Premier Agents can manually upload Coming Soon listings to Zillow, and we also accept Coming Soon listings from MLS, brokerage and franchise partners whose feeds support a pre-market status and are in the Zillow Interchange Format (ZIF). Simply put, we’re working with industry partners throughout the country to extend this benefit to all agents.
