The community features 50 newly constructed affordable apartment homes, including 9 two bedroom units, 38 three bedroom units, and 3 four bedroom units. The property also includes 8 mobility accessible units and 4 sensory accessible units. Resident amenities include a community room, fitness room, and bicycle storage. This is an affordable housing community. Rents are set according to program guidelines and are not based on each household's individual income. Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are accepted. Eligibility is determined by comparing the household's income to the maximum income limits for the program, which vary by household size. All applicants are screened according to standard rental criteria and all applicable federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws. Equal Housing Opportunity. Lease Term: All leases are for a 12 month term. Utilities: Residents are responsible for electricity. Electric service is billed through Guardian Water & Power, and residents receive a monthly bill based on their individual usage.
