Pleasant one-story apartment with many coveted amenities. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, a stove and refrigerator provided by the owner, a private basement with washer & dryer hookups and central air conditioning! There is a small patio off the back of the unit, and a welcoming middle courtyard shared by all the residents. There is a shared parking lot, and the owner tends the lawn & takes care of snow removal from the parking area. Tenants are responsible for snow removal from the sidewalks, steps and walkways. Tenant pays gas, electric & water. We will be installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout so availability will be delayed until completed.
