When submitting your application, you will need to provide three months' worth of income in the form of bank statements or paystubs and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid identification to be accepted. If these things are not attached, we will not process the application. Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, bank statements, tax returns, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene (again, this is the only fee we collect during the application process - applications are free to fill out and turn in) We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent. You must apply online on our website before we will schedule an appointment for you to view the unit. We will only schedule viewings to Qualified Applicants only! You must apply first. IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED, you will have a chance to view the inside of the unit. We will ask that you send us a copy of your driver's license; that way we can provide you with a lockbox code to enter the property on the agreed time/day. If you have any questions that we may not have answered here, please reach out to us anytime between 9am and 4pm.
