This spacious, downstairs, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment includes mountain views, a private patio, and a washer/dryer. Parking lot behind the building and convenient location to all things Three Springs. Dogs are ok with a $200 non-refundable deposit per pet. No cats or smokers. Students are okay with references. Tenants pay for electricity, gas, and W/S/T is a flat fee of $40 per person. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
