This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, garden level corner unit is being updated with new paint and new flooring. Primary bedroom includes an en suite 3/4 bathroom. Lots of light in the main living area. Includes dishwasher and washer/dryer. Tenants pay for electricity & gas. W/S/T is $40/month, per person. Students are ok with references, but no smokers. Dogs ok with $200 pet deposit, per pet.
