Live in the quiet Riverview neighborhood! This upstairs unit has a full kitchen, parking in front, and takes dogs (no cats). $200 pet deposit and $35/month pet rent, per pet. South-facing windows in the bedroom and bathroom. Two-bedroom closets, one bathroom closet, and one pantry closet in the hallway. Students ok with references, but no smokers. Tenants pay for electric and $40/month per person for W/S/T - heat is included in rent. No washer/dryer. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee of $50.00 is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name.
