No Pets/No Smoking. Water/Sewer/Garbage included with rent. Tenant(s) is responsible for electric and gas. Limited off-street parking available. One free parking spot per apartment, each additional parking spot is $40 per month if available - first come, first serve basis. Move in date is based on condition of unit upon vacancy and repairs required. Once unit is deemed ready, tenants must start paying rent within 7 days.
