Each apartment features an open floor plan with amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer, electric stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator, and in-unit electric heat and air conditioning. The building has a secure entrance with FOB access and a comfortable common area on the main floor. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and electric, while tenants are responsible for internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a $500 refundable pet deposit, limited to two pets per household, and rabies vaccination documentation is required. Parking permits for the surface lot are available for $30 per month, and there are four EV charging stations for tenant use. Fees include a $60 screening fee per applicant, a $175 administrative fee at move-in, and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month (opt-out available with proof of coverage). A $250 holding deposit is required if the move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, deducted from the security deposit upon move-in, and non-refundable if applicants do not move in.
