-Application fee $55 per applicant (all adults living in home must apply separately)
-We require all applicants to have 650+ credit score for pre-approval.
-Credit score of 600 to 650 may require additional security deposit for approval. Credit scores below 600 are not accepted.

-Verifiable income of 3x monthly rent for the household
-Students without verifiable income will require a Co-signer or additional security deposit
