No problem! Pinnacle Point also offers units that come with their own washer / dryer units. Do you like having guests, but enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom? Pinnacle Point has the solution! Downstairs guests can find a half bath tucked conveniently out of the way while the upstairs bedrooms have a full sized bath with tub and shower all to themselves. To Qualify: You must have a household income of x3 the rental amount per month. You will automatically be disqualified if you have any evictions, landlord claims or civil judgments. We do run a full credit and background check on every person who lives on the property and require your credit score to be 600 or higher. The application fee is $50 per adult and the apartment requires a $500 security deposit.
