We take great pride in taking care of the building, the individual apartments, and truly care about our tenants. We are also pet friendly for responsible pet owners. Owner pays nearly everything...Heat, water, sewer, trash, and preventative pest control. Tenant only pays unit electric and any additional services (cable, internet, etc.)
