Forest Gate Apartments is a beautiful community in the heart of Logan, just three blocks west of the USU campus and half a block from a bus stop that runs through the middle of campus. Our apartments come partially furnished with beds, dressers, couches, bar stools, and more. Each unit offers private rooms with personal door locks, spacious bedrooms with newer mattresses and large closets, and large kitchens with ample storage. Select apartments feature newer flooring, and all units include essential appliances, swamp coolers, and window A/C units for comfort. Our community provides convenient amenities, including an on-site laundry room shared with our sister property, University Pines, private parking, and professionally maintained landscaping. Residents enjoy the support of on-site management and a 24-hour emergency maintenance team. Nearby, you'll find USU campus, Bear Lake, Smith's Shopping Center, movie theaters, Cache Valley Mall, restaurants, and scenic hiking trails, ensuring entertainment and convenience are always within reach. We approve applicants that have credit in at least the 600's, clean backgrounds, positive rental history, and make at least 3 times the amount of rent per month.
