A one-year lease is required, and applicants must have a minimum VantageScore of 700. No pets are allowed, property is no smoking, and no co-signers will be accepted. The owner pays for water and trash; tenants are responsible for all other utilities. Showings are available by key check-out. Key Check-Out Procedure: Reception will hold a refundable deposit ($20.00 cash or Credit/Debit upon return of keys) and photocopy your ID to a key-checkout agreement that you will sign.
