    Beautiful 2 and 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplexes that include lawn care and pest control! Each unit comes with a back yard and a patio and shared front patio. There are 1 assigned parking spaces for each unit with extra parking located throughout the neighborhood. Madison Square is very close to Madison's Historical Downtown District and the Antebellum Trail! Located within walking distance is Ingles, O'Reilly's Auto Parts, Main Street Veterinary, Madison Fitness Center, Crowe's Open-Air Bar-B-Que, The Madison Flea Market, and much more! Most units will be updated with one or more of the following - LVP (Luxury Vinyl Flooring) in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms, fresh paint, updated light fixtures, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. This does vary per unit. Some units will have some but not all of the updates listed. We are very pet friendly neighborhood! We require a $200 non-refundable pet deposit for the first two pets and $100 for every additional pet; as well as $25/month pet rent that will be included in your monthly rent. Main Rental Requirement: *600 or greater credit score (to qualify for a single deposit). *Verifiable income that is equal to 2.5 x the amount of the rent. *No evictions within the last 4 years. *Additional requirements apply - a full list of requirements can be found on our rental applications.
