This does not apply if the apartment move-in ready date is listed later than the current month. If you are not looking to move this month, we will not be able to hold it even with a deposit. If it is available the following month or if there is a different unit available the following month then we can move forward with deposit. In addition, a move in can be no later than the 29th of the current month for a 30-day month, and no later than the 30th for a 31-day month.
