Each unit is expected to be roughly 260 square feet and includes a bathroom, shower, and cable prewire. Each unit shall be furnished with one queen or two queen/full-sized beds, a microwave, refrigerator, and furniture or a closet for clothing, and each unit may include a desk and a television. The property will have on-site storage, on-site laundry, internet, and on-site cooking facilities for the residents to utilize daily.
