Prohibited animals include exotic animals, poisonous animals, Akitas, American Bull Dogs, Boxer, Cane Corsos, Chowchows, Dalmation, Dobermans, German Shepards, Great Danes, Huskies, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Rottweilers, Saint Bernanrd, and Staffordshire Terriers. Any wolf hybrid or any hybrid of a restricted breed is prohibited.
    Additional details
    We are happy to include your furry family friend. Furry friends are limited to a maximum of 2 animals per apartment home. Animal Rent $25.00 per month per animal Pet Deposit - $400.00 Pet Fee - Cat $50.00, Dog - $100.00 - non-refundable Animal deposits are due at the time of move-in. An animal application is required.
