This place is setup shotgun-style, with the caveat that you have separate entrances for your bedroom, and your living area/the rest... very euro. Also, I'm convinced "Eichelberger" is German, or like a cousin or something, so that's where we're going with this roundabout pretzel theme. APP STUFF: We'll check your credit, and while it doesn't need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you've rented before, we'll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
