Our modern studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans are conveniently laid out to fit your lifestyle needs. Each apartment home boasts thoughtfully curated features including wood-style vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, spacious closets, a wood-burning fireplace, a private patio or balcony, and an in-home washer and dryer. Around our community, the conveniences expand beyond your front door with an enclosed community dog park, a fitness center, or a community clubhouse all just a short distance away. Our Queen Anne location puts everything you could want or need within easy reach. Seattle Pacific University is less than a mile away along with many restaurants, markets, and breweries. Pick up fresh seafood at the nearby Fisherman's Terminal, a fishing port complete with a seafood market and many delicious restaurants, or grab a drink at neighborhood watering hole Rooftop Brewing Company. If your commute takes you beyond the neighborhood, King County Metro stops are abundant, and Highway 99 and I-5 are just minutes away. The City of Seattle Renter's Handbook (PDF) summarizes the rental regulations and outlines the obligations and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords. A paper copy is available from the Leasing Office upon request. This community does not accept reusable (portable) tenant screening reports. We do not allow guardian dog breeds/crossbreeds, such as Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Bullmastiffs, Mastiffs, Wolf Dogs or any dog that the landlord believes is a related breed. Restrictions are subject to change without notice. Restrictions do not apply to dogs that aid disabled individuals for equal access to housing.
Cats: A deposit of $250 is required for up to 2 pets.
