It was nice for the prove and what’s included. The kitchen cabinets and appliances were outdated but it was with the cheastest unit so that’s normal. I would live here and not be embarrassed if I have people over

Property
Very overpriced for the tiny apartment you’d be getting. The lowest rent advertised is actually for their outdated tiny floor plan, no dishwasher or washer/dryer, a stove and oven that looks like an easy bake oven, a cramped bathroom, almost no storage space, and no where to put a kitchen table or anywhere to eat.

Centered on historic Somerville with parts of Branchburg, 08876 blends small‑town charm and suburban convenience in the Raritan Valley. Expect true four seasons—warm summers, colorful falls, snowy winters, and bright springs—plus a lively downtown anchored by the courthouse green, Victorian streetscapes, and signature events like the Tour of Somerville and summer cruise nights. Over the past few months, Zillow Market Trends show a median rent around $2,600, with most listings ranging roughly from $2,000 to $3,300. The dining scene punches above its weight—Verve, Cafe Picasso, and Village Brewing Company—alongside local cafes and a low‑key nightlife. Daily needs are easy with ShopRite in town, Whole Foods at Chimney Rock Crossing, and Bridgewater Commons minutes away; gyms and studios are dotted throughout. Outdoor time is big here, with the Peters Brook Greenway, nearby Duke Farms, and Duke Island Park offering trails and green spaces. It’s walkable, commuter friendly via the Somerville NJ Transit station and quick highway access, and broadly family‑ and pet‑friendly.
