First month rent, Last month rent and one month broker fee is due at the time of signing lease agreement. No security deposit is taken. No pet rent but tenants need to carry renters insurance and have pet named in the policy for incidentals. Landlord pays for water, sewer, & trash. Parking is coming in the future but for now you must inquire through the city of Worcester. Closest parking Lot is 3 minutes on foot at 96 Green Street.
