Rental Criteria: 1) Credit: Applicants must have a satisfactory credit report. No credit reported by the credit bureau may be interpreted as good credit. Discharged bankruptcies over a year are accepted, less than a year from date of application will be denied. 2) Income: 2.5 times the rent amount to qualify (proof of income is required and needs to be verifiable). 3) Rental History: Applicant must have satisfactory rental history and no evictions or rental default.
