Property
Nice property, but put off by nickel and dime nature of costs. Pet deposit AND $35/month for just having a pet. Why does that cost them extra if they have a deposit? $30/month for parking, $115 or so for water, sewer, garbage. By the time you add up the costs, a 2BR is NOT $3080, it's $3400.
