We are currently renovating our apartment homes! The Meadows is a mid-sized urban living experience and relaxing retreat for times when you just want to unwind. With our prime location you can have easy access to all necessities and conveniences including shopping, grocery stores, museums, waterfront walks, bike trails, parks, fine dining, Pierce County military base and Sea-Tac Airport. The Meadows is nestled in the heart of Tacoma, an area full of excitement and entertainment. Our convenient location keeps you close to freeway access for quick travel, Target, five-star restaurants, Pudget Sound, University of Tacoma Washington, Sea-Tac Airport and The Stadium District. With an area like ours, you will never run out of things to do or places to go!

Restrictions

We are a pet friendly community! We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. There is a $400 pet deposit per pet, $200 refundable and $200 non-refundable. No guest pet visitors allowed. Additional deposits and fees may apply for pets over 25 lbs. Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy.
