Property
i loved the property! i liked the area, it seemed perfect for our family. there were a few minor things wrong with the unit, but i'm sure they will be addressed before move in if we take that unit. after we saw the two bedroom, we actually were thinking of possibly taking a 1 bdrm if they are available. If not we are happy to take a 2bdrm as well

Expect four distinct seasons—humid summers, colorful falls, and occasional snow—plus easy outings to Lake Roland’s trails and Paw Point dog park, and the Chinquapin Run greenway. Belvedere Square Market anchors the dining scene with local vendors and live events, while nearby standouts like Atwater’s, Clark Burger, Grand Cru, and Zen West keep weekends low-key but fun. Everyday errands are simple with neighborhood grocers, coffee shops, and fitness studios, and the iconic art deco Senator Theatre adds a touch of classic Baltimore culture. MTA bus routes along York Road, plus quick access to I-83 and I-695, make commuting straightforward, and pockets around Belvedere Square are notably walkable. Recent Zillow market trends show a median asking rent around $1,650, with most listings between $1,250 and $2,400 over the past few months.
