Restrictions
We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per month per pet. There is 100 lb. weight limit. Aggressive breeds and exotic animals are prohibited. We do not allow visiting pets.
Additional details
All animals must be approved through https ensley.petscreening.com/ prior to coming on property. A current veterinarian report stating age, weight, & up to date vaccinations will be required for each animal as well as a picture. There is a fee of $20 for the 1st animal and $10 for the 2nd for the PetScreening that is separate from our Pet Fee.
