We take a single dog or cat on a case by case situation, There is parking available for $125.00 a month. It's a one year lease, the rent is $1950.00 per month. We require a security deposit of 1600 and a non refundable cleaning move out fee of 350.00. There is an open house this saturday and sunday at 5PM.
