The living room includes a full-sized pull-out couch and a Smart TV. A dining space with a large dining table and a washer/dryer closet are also on this floor. The second floor has Bedroom 2 with a king bed and Bedroom 3 with two twin beds. A second living room with a full-sized pull-out sofa, a second eating space, and Smart TVs are also on this floor. Enjoy sunset views from the balcony with additional eating space. Downstairs, you'll find lounge chairs and an eating area. Enjoy the private, heated pool and a covered patio with a large eating area. A gas grill is also available. Beach gear, including a wagon, chairs, and umbrella, along with beach towels, are provided. Pets are allowed with an additional $75 pet fee per pet, with dogs permitted under certain conditions and all animals requiring disclosure and approval prior to arrival.
