Situated in the heart of OTR, this loft is just steps away from the best cocktail bars, restaurants, breweries, and cafes. It's conveniently located between Vine Street and Main Street, and close to the streetcar, providing easy access to sports stadiums, music venues, event centers, UC, and the city's finest restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Over-The-Rhine is known as Cincinnati's downtown food and nightlife destination, perfect for events with proximity to Old Saint Mary's Church, Woodward Theater, Music Hall, and Memorial Hall. The neighborhood is mixed-income and urban, with potential for street noise on Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday and Saturday nights during the summer, there may be some street noise. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and lighting anything in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may be considered criminal trespassing. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or swearing at team members, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest intends to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe the guest intends to throw a party, they will be denied entry. A minimum-age for local bookers is 23 years old. Same-day check-in reservations require prior contact. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking anything indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee.
