We completely renovated this unit in 2022 and had a wonderful tenant who has decided to move in with the love of his life in Petaluma. Apartment is currently empty. We're flexible on move-in date. Walking distance to Lower Brookside School Daily visits by local wildlife: Deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, squirrels, owls, and the occasional coyote or bobcat! We will consider a dog or indoor cat. Please no outdoor cats as they sadly disappear all too frequently in this area. Tenant is responsible for PG&E/cable/internet/phone; we pay for water and garbage. Lease is 1 year to start and month-to-month thereafter. We require 30 days advance notice for moveout after the lease expires. No cigarette smoking on premises. Outdoor cannabis smoking is acceptable. No open fires. We understand that your dog/cat is family. We welcome indoor pets only. We're surrounded by open space and are frequently visited by coyotes. We would like to meet your dog as a condition before renting to you. Dog must not be left outside when you are not at home. We have other conditions in our lease agreement but we're flexible and reasonable. We want you to be happy in our in-law unit. Owners are responsible for water and garbage; Renter pays cable, internet, and PG&E. We can provide guidance on how much these run per month, based on our previous tenant. Owners also pay for professional landscaping of the renter's private outdoor space. There is an electrical outlet for electric vehicle parking.
