Washer and Dryer included in units. Plenty of parking. This is for a 1 year lease and is for Unit 9. I pay for water, trash and sewer, all other utilities (cable,internet) are the tenants responsibility. These are non-smoking units and smoking is not allowed on premises. All the units are basically the same inside and out and the pics depicted, may be from a different unit other than the one advertised. Washer and Dryer is included in each unit. Deposit is 1350. Pets allowed, but restricted based on prior approval, size (20lbs max), type and disposition. If approved, 1 small dog and/or cat only. Renters Insurance is required. Credit reports in possession of tenant is accepted (up to 6 months old) in lieu of my cost of $30.00 to run. Also, reusable tenant screening reports are accepted. Screening criteria includes income/employment stability, credit, prior history of tenancy and/or on-time payments.
