This apartment is on the ground floor in the front of the house with a covered veranda replete with rocking chairs. You'll have off- street parking out front, and a completely fenced in back yard with a deck and a gazebo. The outdoor areas are shared with other residents. Despite Zillow's "walkable rating" only scoring it at "70", it really IS quite walkable! The house is only a few blocks (3?) from the center of town, and you can easily walk to Lake Tomahawk within a very walkable and quiet neighborhood. The weekly tailgate market is less than a block away, and the beautiful hiking trails of Montreat only 2.5 miles up the road. The location can't be beat!! There is a shared laundry room. Move-in ready. Meanwhile, I've given it a fresh coat of paint in living room, kitchen and bath, a new flooring in the kitchen, and a deep cleaning and other touch-ups. Minimum one year lease. Parking spots are roughly designated, guest parking is on the street. Trash pickup is on Wednesdays and is the tenants shared responsibility to get the cans to the curb for pick up. The shared laundry room and all outdoor areas should be kept swept, neat and tidy by all. The owner helps with yard care. Friendly dogs can share the fenced back yard, aggressive behavior won't be tolerated and will ban the animal from shared spaces. Please clean up after them.
