Fully furnished two bedroom, two bath unit with all the amenities. Fully stocked Kitchen, washer/dryer, cable, internet, and bidet in the master bathroom.
This is a great place to spend the rest of 2025 with a wonderful oceanside view. Enjoy reading on your balcony overlooking the ocean, swimming in the heated pool, fishing in the surf, or exploring all the golf, shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment options the Treasure Coast has to offer. Pool, tennis and pickle board courts on site. King bed in master, 2 twin beds in guest bedroom.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
The building is having work done at this time. As a result, there may be construction noise from Monday to Friday, from 830 am to about 4 pm. If you work normal business hours, you will be out of the unit and not bothered by the noise. If you are at home, the noise will likely bother you. We have reduced the rent on this oceanfront unit to reflect the inconvenience of the work being done on the building.
Put up with some dust and noise, and live oceanfront for less rent than you are currently paying!!
First and last month's rent plus security is required to move in - $200 application fee is required by the condo association. To hold a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 (which will go towards first/last/security for move in) is required. No pets allowed.
