The house has been upgraded with new flooring, appliances, and other amenities. The house and cottage sit on a double lot with extra room for parking and a double garage to be shared. The cottage has 1-bed, 1-bath, and a kitchen with stove and refrigerator,so it is a completely private residence that might work for an elderly relative, an older child, an au pair, a close friend, or other arrangements for second parties that prefer to be close to the main house. The two houses are being upgraded and not quite ready to show but we are expecting them to be ready to rent on October 1, so we are prepared to discuss the rental with anyone interested in the arrrangement.
