This renovation will take place in stages on and off over the next 6-12 months. There will be some daytime/weekday construction noise, so this unit is not a good fit for day sleepers. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted in the home. Last month's rent is due at signing or can be spread out over the first 3 months of tenancy. One cat is permitted with a $150 pet deposit. The cat must be spayed or neutered with proof shown. No dogs as there is no yard for them and the home has hardwood floors. This unit has limited amounts of storage.
