The kitchen has rustic wooden cabinetry, plenty of storage, and an island with barstool seating. The living space includes an overstuffed sectional and an electric fireplace. Enjoy outdoor living spaces with multiple seating areas, a screened-in porch with a high-top table, two barstools overlooking the yard, an l-shaped couch, a hanging egg chair, string lights and a hammock, a large patio, a brand new hot tub, and a fire pit. Located just a 5-minute drive to Riverside Park, this cabin is also a 15-minute drive to the University of Arkansas campus, a 20-minute drive to the Fayetteville Square, and a 20-minute drive to Devil's Den State Park. Enjoy the West Fork River, walking trails, and picnic areas at Riverside Park, or explore hiking and river activities at Devil's Den State Park. No pets are allowed at this property, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
