Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is three guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and ejection. The Long Beach Resort building is undergoing a reconstruction project through mid-April (dates are subject to change). T1-T2 Pool Closed Aug 18- Oct 31, T2-T3 Pool Closed Oct 20 Jan 2, T3-T4 Pool Closed 8/28 - 11/28. The balcony will be closed for this unit, which is scheduled to reopen in April (subject to change, please verify before booking). The beach access for T4 may still be shut down and guests will need to use other access.
