Located in the heart of OSU South Campus, by the Medical and Law College. A 2 bed, 1 bath unit with laundry shared in the building and a parking lot in the back. Rent is due on the 15th of each month with a five-day grace period on payments until the 21st. If the account balance on the 21st is greater than $100 a late fee of $50 is charged. Tenants have the option to renew at any time. For the utilities, tenants are responsible for electric(AEP), water/sewer, gas(Columbia Gas), and any additional services such as internet, TV, and phone. An application fee of $30 per person is collected for a credit check. Credit checks do not consider medical or student loans. We check rental history with current and previous residences.
