There are two smaller rooms on the main level offering a versatile floor plan for a second bedroom or an office/study. The house has a finished attic as well that can be used as an additional bedroom or a rec room. The corner lot allows for ample parking, as well as one on-site space. Residents are responsible for electric, gas, trash, and maintenance of lawn with a provided mower. Two window air conditioners are provided. The initial lease term will be for 11 months May 6- March 31. 2022 with an option to renew. Appliances included: Stove, frig, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two window A/C units. There is a monthly $40.00 per person water/sewer fee. We require each applicant to meet the following criteria: 1.
