The first floor features a bright open-concept living area, a well-equipped kitchen with seating for six at the island, and a dining table for eight, perfect for family meals or game nights. Upstairs, unwind in a king bedroom with an en-suite bath, an additional queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry closet. The top floor offers plenty of space with a twin bunk room, a twin-over-full bunk room, a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a large observation deck, ideal for sunset cocktails or morning coffee.
Four rental bikes are included for easy exploring, provided from March to October. Wristbands are required for all guests age 8 and over to access the pool, tram service, or beach access, and will be provided upon check-in at the pool. Parking passes are also required at all times and will be provided upon check-in at the pool. Guests will also enjoy resort-style pool access, walking trails, and private beach access.

Pets are not permitted. Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted in the Seacrest Beach Community. Beach access is located across 30A at the Sunset entrance, and bikes and cars are not permitted. The complimentary tram runs from March through October.
