Come stay in our lovely, deluxe, unfurnished apartment in beautiful St. Augustine. We are located in a safe, quiet neighborhood only a ten minute drive from downtown or the beach. Uber service is available in our area. A short stroll from your door will bring you to the banks of the Matanzas River. The driveway opens up to a small, fenced-in private courtyard and a separate entrance. The courtyard provides a private patio set. Entering the apartment you will find the bedroom with closet on the right and a full bath with modern toilet, shower and vanity to the left. Continuing down the hallway, the apartment opens up onto a completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, glass-top stove with oven, large refrigerator/freezer and a washer/dryer combo. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy living room. An additional $200/mo. Pays for all utilities, electricity, pest control and maintenance. There is no smoking within the unit and pets are allowed. First and last month rent are required as well as a security deposit. An application and credit check are mandatory as well as a lease contract. Quiet time after 10:00 p.m. and no parties.
