Well-behaved and loved pets are welcome, with an additional $200 fee per pet, subject to owner approval. This property is subject to breed restrictions and weight limitations for all canine residents. Dogs exceeding 40 pounds are not permitted, nor are the following breeds or any mixes thereof: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, or Dobermans. Only small, well-behaved dogs with no documented or observed history of aggressive behavior will be considered for approval.
Tenants who maintain a dog on the premises are required to carry adequate renters insurance and must provide verifiable proof of coverage prior to the animal's occupancy. Documentation of renters insurance reflecting a minimum liability coverage of $300,000.
We do charge a $55 per person application fee, and all potential tenants must pass a credit, criminal, and prior eviction screening.
