Country Aire is a 55 and older independent senior living facility designed and run for seniors. Country Aire is where you move when you don't want to take care of a house, mow a lawn, or shovel snow anymore, but you aren't ready for personal assistance yet. The entire building has just been freshly renovated. Each individual room has its own personal bathroom with shower (or tub) and kitchenette complete with sink, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave oven with Air Fry built in. Every closet complete with new multi-level shelving for ample storage. Huge common areas of building provide two separate laundry rooms with FREE use, large living room, puzzle tables, workout bike, etc. Large dining room as well with more than enough room for a whole building get together, and ..of course, the fully redone common area kitchen with custom 8ft island! We have partnered with Billtown Diner to provide meals straight to the building three times a day, seven days a week for just $8.50/meal delivered! That's just $517/month for two meals a day every day of the week or $775/month for three a day. There is no minimum, however. You can order as few or many as you like. Partnered with Ladd's Food Mart next door (across the corn field) to provide grocery delivery if needed. Mail is delivered to a heated mail room in the foyer of the building with secure individual boxes, so you don't have to brave the elements just to get your mail. We are a No Smoking/No pets building. Full building fire suppression system and alarm. We are non-subsidized and non-government affiliated. First month's rent and deposit equal to first month's rent is needed to move in.
