We are located in the heart of Cap Hill less than half a block away from Whole Foods Ideal Market between 11th and 12th on Emerson. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood as well as the proximity to everything great this area has to offer. This is a 900 SqFt 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a private laundry. The space has been completely updated including new kitchen with dishwasher and gas range as well as modern and energy efficient electrical, plumbing, lighting, and heating/cooling. If you have ever lived in a Denver Victorian you understand how important this is! We have also extensively renovated the shared back yard area with a fire pit and outdoor seating as well as a community garden and grilling area. Cats and dogs are welcome as long as the owner is responsible for their behavior. I am the owner and property manager and I have done most of the renovations myself and have much pride in the quality of the job we did. I made it a place I want to live, and I hope you feel the same way after seeing it. I respond to text and email promptly.
