The cottage includes one full bathroom with a shower and an additional half bath. The property boasts lovely lake views and a level lot, with a deck, dock, and mooring available for use. A canoe is provided for your enjoyment, though guests are encouraged to bring their own life jackets. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker and a gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Please note that linens and towels are not provided but are available for rent at our office. A dog is considered with a $125 pet fee. Internet access is available with Wi-Fi, and cable TV and a DVD player are provided for entertainment. Please be aware that there is no washer/dryer or dishwasher on the premises, and the property is not equipped with heating. Situated on a level, partially wooded lot with 90 feet of frontage and a sandy beach, this cottage offers a peaceful retreat. The nearby boat launch provides easy access to the water, and the surrounding area is perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Southern Maine. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Guests should be aware that no boats can be left on the dock. The cottage does not have heating, so plan accordingly for cooler weather. The occupancy limit is 7-10, with occasional day guests permitted.
