The apartment home is very clean and upgraded on the inside, complete with appliances. Appliances include washer and dryer, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. I am a personal landlady with quick response times. This is not a rental company. I only have 4 units.
Pets must be pre-approved and a non-refundable pet deposit is required along with a monthly $25 dollars fee per pet.
The yard does require the tenet to maintain their part. If you cannot do this, then this apartment is not for you.
The apartment is small and energy efficient. It is in a very private and quiet location.
