A separate room houses a full spectrum infrared sauna, a small gym with a TV, and additional laundry. The heated garage offers a ping-pong table, foosball table, tiki-toss, corn-hole, and dart board. You will also find a set of Frisbee golf discs, multiple sleds, a frisbee, 4 fold-up festival chairs, and snowshoes. The main floor has a living room, kitchen, gas fireplace, and powder room. Amenities include smart televisions with cable channels in the living room, media room, gym, and all bedrooms, Bose sound-bars in the living room and media room, 2 sets of full-size laundry, a beverage/wine fridge at the kitchen bar, a Nespresso Original with milk frother, a Keurig-K Duo, a coffee bean grinder, a pack n' play with sheets, a high chair, kids' plates, cups, and silverware, and a humidifier for each bedroom.
There is an EV outlet in the garage (50-amp NEMA 14-50) for EV charging.
Mountain Village is beautifully orchestrated, planned, and overflowing with charm and sophistication. This home is a 1 to 2 minute drive to the market and gondola, which you can ride into the Mountain Village core and on to Telluride. Alternatively, use Dial-A-Ride for a free trip around Mountain Village via an easy-to-use app. In the summer months, there is a Frisbee golf course just out back on the ski run. It is a 10-12 minute walk to the market/gondola down the ski run.
