Smart locks, two reserved parking spots, and a private outdoor patio make every stay secure and effortless. 1. Must sign rental agreement upon booking 2. Must submit a Security Deposit that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. 3. Check In 4pm-10pm. We have a contactless check in. Therefore, you can check in after 10pm but no one will be available for assistance if needed. Photo ID verification is required to receive check in instructions. 4. No unregistered guests allowed. ONLY booked guests can be there at ANY TIME (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance) 5. Quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM 6. NO SMOKING ($500 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee) 7. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings 8. PETS are not allowed 9. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) 10. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST 11. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment) 12. ID verification after reservation 13. NO 3rd Party Bookings (unless authorized by host in writing) 14. Please don't rearrange the furniture including security devices. If a team member has to go out to readjust security devices there will be a $50 fee attached to your visit. 15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
