Tenant is responsible for arranging for and paying for electricity, gas (for cooking only), telephone, cable television, etc. High Speed Internet is available! (No communications "dishes" or new cabling shall be installed on the building.) This large one bedroom apartment includes parking for one car/SUV/truck.
